Development Contractor

Description
The development contractor will lead the research, acquisition, and implementation of a new CRM system. In conjunction with TAMI leadership, contractor will assess the current mode of engagement with the fundraising base and assist in strengthening this core aspect of the archive. Contractor will analyze TAMI’s current fundraising practice and help develop and implement a strategic development plan.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in fundraising, nonprofit experience a plus
  • Demonstrated knowledge of corporate fundraising, advertising, direct marketing and appeals
  • Experience with donor cultivation and stewardship Knowledge of fundraising trends and the nonprofit community
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM systems and database management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must be a collaborative, proactive team player in a small office environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graphic design, photography and video editing skills
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or other creative software
  • Background in sales and marketing
Pay range (if available)
Contract: $50 per hour, 8-10 hours a week, 8 months (30 weeks)
